You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in New Zealand (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand).

Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
